A Beautiful Day!

Hello and Welcome to my post for our
Mood Board Challenge at Just Us Girls
Our Host Carol M chose such a simple beauti
full of the wonder of Nature.

I certainly didn't have any trouble creating
my card with an abundance of pretty little punched flowers
in a variety of colours.
It was fun just punching all those flowers with
scraps of paper all over my desk.
Once I thought I had enough I cut out a circle
to place them around then the surround
with a leaf embossing folder from Kaisercraft.
With flowers and some small leaves completed
I added different colours of Liquid Pearls to the centres
and around my STAMPlorations sentiment.
Head over and see how our Guest Donna and the Team
created their  cardswith inspiration from that gorgeous mood boad.
I am sure you will  want to go and create yours and
 add to our Gallery.
See you there.

Following the Lead at AAA Cards...

Just doing a bit of browsing and clicked over from AAA Colourful Challenge
to theAAA Cards Blogspot and was drawn to their current challenge
Follow the Leader #294 so here's my lead from Kristan's card.

I love the use of script stamping. It adds so much to a CAS card.
Going pretty much with the same features as Tristan's card,
my background started with inking a SU Timeless Texture stamp
and the flower from 49andMarket Postcard from Paris
with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
then the script also from the same set
in Versafine Clair Nocturne (the inks do look very similar)
Die cut the Spellbinders Shapeabilities butterfly from a
scrap shaving cream piece then embossed it,
adding colour from Tim's Squeezed Lemonade
amd Fossilized Amber and a touch of Nuvo Glitter Gloss.
Attached to bright card base to complete.
Such a lovely CAS card from Kristen to follow.
Thanks for a super challenge. I so enjoyed adding to the Gallery.

Sending this CAS card over to
SCS Cards for their
July Challenge without the Beachy Theme.
