The Dragonflies are Back

I hope you all enjoyed your time over The Festive Season
and as the New Year begins so to it does for us to start
another year of Great Challenges over at
Crafting with Dragonflies
Crafting With Dragonflies Challenge Blog

To ease you into the New Year we are going with an
ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE.
Now how easy is that - you can let your minds go into overdrive
with ideas then put them on paper.

I got itchy fingers over the break and landed up
making 2 cas cards and couldn't decide
which one to use so am putting them both up here.

On the card above I used -
White card stock
Unknown DP as backing
Spellbinders Lacey Circles & Circles
GinaK butterfly and sentiment stamp
Own flowers lace and ribbon
Kaisercraft Pearls
Kindy Glitz on the butterfly and a flower

and on this one -
White card stock & pink scrap paper
Kaisercraft Sweet Pea DP
Sizzix Framlets
 American Crafts Paper Flower
Spellbinders Antique Frames & Accents
GinaK Sentiment
Added colour to the background with a
brush dipped in Distress Ink.

So I hope you will get creative and join in
our first challenge for 2014.

Don't forget to check out the rest of
 the Dragonflies blogs
for what inspired them.
Thanks for looking.

  5. See..you're like me. This is my kind of CAS card. I had heard from certain circles that CAS means one layer, but I beg to differ. CAS to me means having a ample amount of "void" space left over, but what you do with the used space is up to you. I personally prefer what you've done here very much. It's colder than you know what right now, so seeing these Spring flowers and warm colors does much for the soul.
Hugs to you Ina and hope you're doing well.
