A Few Feathers for You!

Here I am again participating over at
for their Colour Challenge.
 
 
I thought it was time to get my
SU Four Feathers (Thanks Maria)
off the shelf again and play with them
for this challenge.
The colours I used here were -
SU Baja Breeze
Close to Cocoa and
Calypso Coral which I though
was my closest colours to match.

I inked up numerous feathers in
different colours to see which ones
looked the best. I decided on one
plain colour and the other 2 from
  blending the 3 colours on my kraft mat.
Behind the feathers I made my background
from Tim Holtz Speckles Stencil
again using the 3 colours.
Continuing on I thought the top
looked a bit plain so did
some paper piercing.
Sentiment is from JustRite.
Finished off with a button and
cotton from my stash.

    LOVE this. I really covet that stamp set and it's retired. Have been eyeing it on ebay. Your layout is so awesome, the spatters, the vellum feather. Just all of of it!! I'm pinning this one.

    Geeeeee-ORGEOUS! I had to blow this one up on my computer to check out the detailing. At first I thought you'd put sequins in the feathers, but the splatters are genius! Beautiful make!
