It's Chris's Cool Colour Challenge!

It's our Colour Week at Just Us Girls
and Hostess for this one is Chris
choosing the colours Pink Navy & Grey .

I was so undecided as to what I was going to make here
and then remembered a great grungy stamp I received
recently called - Celebrate Artsy from STAMPlorations
so decided I would stamp  one of the images with
2 of the required colours. Die cut it from a
Spellbinders die and framed it.
I seem to be in a stencil mode lately so I went
that way again for my background.
The stencils I used here are from
The Crafter's Workshop
Tim Holtz - Speckles
Dutch Doobadoo
Added a strip of  pink ribbon a button
and some cotton which I inked a little in navy.
This was popped after adding my sentiment
from Bloom Happy (love this little set)
and finishing with a few scattered gems.
A pretty simple card - and a little different.
Don't forget to pop over to Our Blog
to see what our Guest Shawna
and my team Mates have made.
They always 'impress'

Thanks for dropping in
Till next time - Cherrio from

  4. Two vows I've made are to use my background stamps more and now to use my stencils more. Your stenciled background and arrangement of stamps gives such an artsy, collage-y feel to your card, Ina.

  5. Very pretty! Love those artsy swatches and your background is amazing with the sponging, embossing and the grungy circles.
