It's Saturday and time for a new challenge over at
Just Us Girls and Sue has chosen these
fabulous bright colours as our Host.
I recently bought a variety of dies and thought the one I chose
would be perfect for my cas card.
I cut the 3 colours above and glued them
(with great difficulty and will use JAC paper next time)
to white card stock. This was then attached to a
popped stitched die cut and onto the card base.
I then found the Berry Vine die cut from Kaisercraft on my desk
and was a perfect topping. Added a few coloured punched dots
and sentiment from Happy Little Stampers to finish.
Now pop over and see how our Guest Darnell and the Team
chose to use these 3 colours and come play.
Thanks for dropping in

ReplyDeleteThat's a wonderful card design and I love the bright colors.
ReplyDeleteOh, but Ina, all that difficult gluing was so worth it! Those dies make an awesome background for the pure white flower die! Genius design that I'm pinning! Thanks for letting me play with you again! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteLove this idea. The three dies in the different colors are perfect for this challenge. I never would have thought of that. Love it when we have something that is just lying around that fits the design. Great card, Ina.

ReplyDeleteWell this is just GENIUS!!! I have that die and it's a bugger to get the paper out. I love what you have done with it, and then the white die cut on top is perfect. I have to pin!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a die? I thought it was a stamp, Ina, but either way it's a great design. I can see so many things you can do with it, but as a background for that lovely die cut flower it's fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThat die is Super cool! Such a fabulous card Ina!! It was worth the work!
ReplyDeleteI am loving that scribble die! Your design is fabulous and that berry sprig is perfect for finishing this off!
ReplyDeleteFun background die cuts! Great use of the colors
ReplyDeleteI love your card, Ina, especially the die cut scribbles. Can you tell me the name of the die or the manufacturer?
ReplyDeleteI did not participate in this challenge but always enjoy looking at the cards.
