Simply 'With Love'

Hi there Stampin' Friends.
I always look forward to seeing what technique
we have to play with each month at CAS Mix Up
and this time round it is to use
Acetate/Stamping/Your Choice
Details are Here

I hesitated here wondering if I should add it to their Gallery
thinking it may be too plain but then Loll posted one she made
using acetate to emboss - so here it is.
My Mix is Acetate, Embossing, Inking,
Die Cutting, Smooching.
My card base is from SU. I embossed my
Kaisercraft Leaves then cut it down to size
to feature behind my image.
This was made while I was visiting my friend
and I do remember that it was from Gina K.
It was heat embossed and cut from a SB die.
The background for that is some smooching of
 Tim's Oxide's in Ripe Persimmon/Mermaid Lagoon.
Die cut the 'with love'  to match.

Thanks for dropping in today.
I do have another Acetate Card in the making
so be sure to pop back in sometime
to see how I made that one.
Till next time - Cherrio from

  2. The dry embossing on the acetate acts as a gorgeous frame for the contemporary flower stamp and ink smooshing. Love the die cut sentiment in the blue too. Thank you for joining us at CAS Mix Up and looking forward to seeing your next one too x

  3. Beautiful. I never use acetate that way, but embossed it really has a fabulous look. Great watercolor background too. Love the design here!!!

  5. Fantastic design Ina! Love your coloured card base that shows off the acetate dry embossed panel so well. Your smooshing is just with the stamped image over top. Very artsy card - love it! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx
