I Made My Mark with ...

It's Make Your Mark over at

What is Make Your Mark?
Creations using
pencils, pens, paints, markers, textas, chalks...
anything that represents making your mark.

Here is how I made my 'Mark'
I have an addiction with backgrounds
and what better time to make one with this challenge.
I got out Tim's Oxide Inks using
Spiced Marmalade and Peeled Paint on
watercolour paper smooching and drying as I went along
till I liked the result. Happy here!
I then got out an old wooden SU stamp -
Inspired by Nature and heat embossed it with
Wow Metallic Platinum.
Cut this out with a stitched die and
added my mounted CUTploration sentiment
to finish smooching in the same colours.

Thanks for dropping in.
Love reading your comments.

Hope to see you in the Gallery.
