It's 'Black Magic'

Hello and Welcome to today's post for
This will be my last posting as a Designer here
as new doors have opened for me and
it's in a different direction.
I will still be card making - just not as many
as I normally do.
Sorry for the poor quality of this photo.
You know how hard it is with metallic paper.

This card was made quite some time ago
and never got around to blogging it -
so here is my attempt at the
Black Ice Technique.
I had this sticky backed metallic paper
and decided to try it out.
You can find the processHere.
While heat embossing it I noticed
that the edges were curling so
I continued with it and liked the result.
Adhered it to grey card stock.
My rose stamp is from Penny Black called Temptation.
I bunched up my black ribbon
adding a Starform Sticker to finish.
Pop over and see what my Team Mates created for our
Challenge.
Look forward to seeing you in our Gallery.
Thanks so much for your lovely encouraging comments.
Also a BIG THANK YOU to Kylie for giving me the
opportunity to be part of this Team.

Till next time Cherrio from
