We've reached #500 at Just Us Girls

WOW! What a milestone we have reached at
It's our #500th Challenge!
How special is that...
Vicki is our Host and chose

I had a play and made 2 cards - and in very different styles.

This one is pretty basic and an old style layout
with just circles cut in different sizes
from DP using Spellbinder dies.
The sentiment is one I have had for years and is from
Lily of the Valley.

I got a very very early Birthday parcel from my BFF
and had those life changing brushes in it so of course I had to
try them out - and they are as everyone says - life changing.
So dreamy to use.
I used Oxide Inks on the background then some grungy stamping
from STAMPlorations
inking a Tim Holtz flower cutting the same flower die in black
and added some white dots for effect.
The circles are stenciled with modeling paste.
Sentiment from Altenew.

Come over and see how Tristan and the Team
used Circles on their card and join us for our
Special Celebrations.

  1. How lucky, Ina! So pleased you had time to play and have decided those brushes really are life changing! Love you 2nd card with all it's clever design elements. Your first card is so pretty and reminds me of my early cards!

  2. Two such totally different takes. The second is much more your style - loving the background and artsy look! I have to take a look at these brushes, as everyone seems to be talking about them. Not that I have been stamping much these days. Though I do need to get a DT card done today!
