Thinking of You

Hello and Welcome to my Saturday post for
It's our Photo Week and Maria as Host has chosen
this gorgeous image.

Here's my take on that beautiful sunflower.

I love using corrugated cardboard on my cards and
I though this an opportune time to do so here.
I started with my sunflower  from
STAMPlorations Bloom Sketches and
heat embossed in white then coloured it with
Tim's Distress Fossilized Amber
Carved Pumpkin and Gathered Twigs
with Lindy's Mission Bells Brown
for the centre.
I had the embossed card stock on my desk
and thought it would suit so mopped up the
leftover colours from the sunflower to add to the background.
The corrugated cardboard was also done with the leftovers.
Diecut some Kaisercraft and Carta Bella leaves.
made a big bow from jute string adding a
coloured cabachon also on my desk.
Popped my sunflower and
finished with my SU sentiment.

Head on over and see what out Guest Janet
and the Team created and come join us in our Gallery.
Love to see you there.
