Hello and Welcome to Saturday's post for
Just Us Girls and it's Photo Week.
Maria is Hosting.
As you can see I went with the colours
and tea cups as I don't have ANY coffee stamps.
It doesn't seem to be such a big thing here in Australia
with the coffee craze hence my coffee cupboard is bare.
I did enjoy making this time consuming card with it's
designer paper die cuts - just doing a bit each day.
Have you ever got some packing paper from
an item you bought and couldn't throw away?
Well the background piece which is partly shredded is just that.
I inked it with Hero Arts pigment ink
and attached to white card stock.
I then cut out several dies from
Poppy Stamps Tea Cup Stack and placed
bits and pieces in different tea cups.
Sentiment is from STAMPlorations Always Tea Time,
heat embossed on a MFT die and popped.
Added a bit of corner punching to finish.
Pop over and see what our Guest Lisa
and the Gang created with inspiration from that
great photo. Add it to our Gallery and you
could be Chic of the Week.
Hope to see you there.
Thanks for dropping in
This is so stinkin' cool!!!! That packing paper in the background is GENIUS, I love, love, LOVE how it looks. I have that die, and can never just used it without inlaying. It's perfect for that technique. Sweet card, my friend, well done!!!
