This week over at Crafty Cardmakers
Julie is hosting this challenge and wants to see creations
with floral embellishments.
Details can be found Here.
I had my base card stock, background stamp,
embossing folder and die all sorted
and was going to use my favourite stamp/die set
when I realized I had used it in last week's challenge
so couldn't do that - hence I went to my
drawers with bought flowers in and started
looking through what I would use.
Well I had flowers scattered everywhere
trying this one and that one till
I finally decided on a variety of coloured,
shape and sizes of my flowers.
***
I started with kraft card stock as my base
and Stampin' Up hexagon frame.
My background is inked with
Stampin' Up Woodgrain in
Tim Holtz Frayed Burlap
The hexagon die is embossed with
Cuttlebug Textile folder and popped.
Flowers are from my stash.
The vines behind them are from Kaisercraft
as is the pearls.
Sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping
cut from JustRite Vintage Labels
and inked with SU Rich Razzleberry.
I am also entering this card at
My Time to Craft for their Challenge #303 Flowers.
Thanks for dropping in and hope you liked
what you saw.
Till next time Cherrio from

That's my favorite, favorite, FAVORITE shape and I love it for the backdrop. Speaking of back drop...you nearly made me drop out of my chair. This card is STUNNING, Ina. A real beauty!!
hugs to you,

Beautiful and wonderful colors and design.
The hexagon cover plate looks so good with the embossing and the wood grain behind it. Your floral spray is beautiful.
Ina, this is fabulous! I love the contrast of the flower bouquet against the graphic shapes of the hexagon background! thanks for joining in at My Time to Craft1

A beautiful card Ina. Your floral arrangement is gorgeous and looks fabulous on the neutral background. The embossed detail on the honeycomb diecut is a lovely detail and your pearls finishes the card perfectly. Thanks for sharing with us at Crafty Cardmakers and more. Sally.x.
