When it comes to Christmas I always look for
a Poinsettia to use on my cards.
Whether it is a stamp or die
Whether it is a stamp or die
it screams Christmas to me.
Our latest Christmas Challenge over at
Now I don't always use traditional colours
but I went close here using Rose Red Brusho's
for my Poinsettia flower which is from STAMPlorations
heat embossing on water colour paper in white.
Added a little brusho powder touching it up
here and there to get the effect I liked.
I then heat embossed a script stamp in white
also to add a background.
In the centre of my flower I have added a
sprinkling of Diamond Dust which has given it a lovely finish.
(Very hard to see)
My Merry Christmas sentiment is from Paper Smooches
I used metallic card stock as my base.

Me too, I love the stamp at the corner of your card. Looks great with the heat embossing.
This is so gorgeous Ina. I love the pink wash over the embossing. I also love the cobtrast between the elegant flower and the whimsical sentiment. Fabulous creation!
