It is Trend Week and Angie as Host has chosen
So many choices here.
I had intended to do a peek-a-boo card but...
I got this new die that I thought I would try out.
I had an idea in my head that I thought I would
try once again. It was all the tissue paper cards
floating around in Blogland and it hit me!
Why not get out one of those
drawer full of paper patterned napkins
and go with that.
I glued my lavender napkin to card stock and
scrunched it a little. I did this quickly so I
wouldn't tear it. I then added my window.
The background was again pasted with
a plain scrunched up napkin finished
with a Happy Birthday cut die from Marianne Designs.
I really like the scrunched background finishing
my card off nicely.
Now pop over to Our Blog
to see what our October Guest Karola
and the Team created.
Hope you will join in this weeks Challenge.
In doing so you could be chosen as our
Chic of the Week and in the running for
a Guest Designer Spot.
Thanks for dropping in.

Stunning Ina, I would be very happy if this was the scene I could see looking out my window!

I love tissue paper on a card, Ina. It makes for wonderful texture and I'm happy to see that napkins work for this technique too! What a beautiful image and a wonderful die cut!
