Just a quick not to say I am back from my trip to Cairns. My son in law was amazed at how much work I put into his fishing card and he loved it.
With summer weather in full swing here I came back to some work to be done in the garden - the usual mowing and lots of watering as we have had really hot days with no rain.
Now I have to concentrate on getting Christmas cards made. Ina

Welcome back Ina!!! So glad you son-in-law loved the card. It truly is a masterpiece in its own right. :)
Hi there!
Thank you for your wonderful comment, Ina.
So good to hear from you. :)
Off to craft, hope I find my mojo today.
Hugs,
Lisa xx
Hi, Ina! I just came over from Outlawz, I adore your blog!! Your son's card is awesome!
I cannot imagine Christmas in the summertime! I forget about the lower hemisphere...sorry. I live in SW Louisiana, U.S., and we sometimes get cold at Christmas and sometimes warm. Will visit again soon! ;D
Hello Ina! Thank you for visiting my blog today and for your interest in my card and the challenge at The Perfect Sentiment. First of all, I have to say your fishing card is awesome; I can see how your son in law must have been very impressed- it's wonderful!
Anyway, I am flattered that you wish to CASE my card! To do this challenge you basically just "copy" what you see but make it "yours". You can make it very similar, or switch it up as much as you want. If you don't want to use flowers, for instance, then maybe use a tree. No butterflies? Then maybe use birds. No bird? Then use your imagination! Your card should obviously bear resemblance to mine, but the idea is that to use it as a starting point and from which to draw inspiration. You could follow the layout or the colors or whatever you are inspired by. As for the sentiment, you may use whatever you feel works well, as long as you do have a sentiment on the front.
I am really excited to see what you come up with. Thanks SO much for joining us this week! :-)
