Hello Summer!

 Welcome to today's post.
I had a fun time making this card for the
current challenge at AAA Cards

Here is the Game Plan and lowdown Details

I chose to go with the summer colours
and what better way to enjoy summer is with
some cool icy poles, deciding to go green
instead of the usual raspberry lol
My icy poles are coloured with Lindy's Magicals
heat embossed and die cut from
STAMPlorations stamp/die Sweet Cravings.
As with summer the sun (die cut) is shining and you need
cool sunglasses cut with some dp and silver paper.
Some dry wall tape and a strip of paper for interest.
Finished with the perfect STAMPlorations sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by

Following the Lead at AAA Cards...

Just doing a bit of browsing and clicked over from AAA Colourful Challenge
to theAAA Cards Blogspot and was drawn to their current challenge
Follow the Leader #294 so here's my lead from Kristan's card.

I love the use of script stamping. It adds so much to a CAS card.
Going pretty much with the same features as Tristan's card,
my background started with inking a SU Timeless Texture stamp
and the flower from 49andMarket Postcard from Paris
with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
then the script also from the same set
in Versafine Clair Nocturne (the inks do look very similar)
Die cut the Spellbinders Shapeabilities butterfly from a
scrap shaving cream piece then embossed it,
adding colour from Tim's Squeezed Lemonade
amd Fossilized Amber and a touch of Nuvo Glitter Gloss.
Attached to bright card base to complete.
Such a lovely CAS card from Kristen to follow.
Thanks for a super challenge. I so enjoyed adding to the Gallery.

Sending this CAS card over to
SCS Cards for their
July Challenge without the Beachy Theme.

Friendship Pansies

A CAS card for today's post.
Hello and Welcome.
I got this delightful wee stamp from a
Special Friend (Thanks SS) and is just perfect
for the current challenge over at

The challenge calls for Friendship

I heat embossed the Redletterworks Stamp
with Zing Metallic Purple powder
onto watercolour paper, coloured
the flowers with Twinkling H2O's
and Metallic Paints. The leaves are
coloured with PearlEx Powders.
I cut this with a stitched die popping it slightly
onto another piece of  paper slightly larger.
Finished by popping that on to
Metallic Gold Card Stock.
Why is it always so hard to get a true purple
when you photograph that colour. I did try!

Thanks for dropping in
Till next time - Cherrio from
