Hello Summer!

Hello and Welcome. Today's post is for our
Here is my Hello Summer card (even though it's Winter here in Oz)

and the Very Summery Mood Board for Inspiration.

I took lots of inspirations from here, firstly choosing
the red check mat using my ARTplorations Weaving Stencil
I then got out the STAMPlorations Happy Everything stamps
to ink up my cupcakes, glamed them up and fussy cut.
My butterflies are from
 heat embossed and coloured.
Sentiment is from Hello Coffee.
I have used Tim's Distress/Oxide Inks on my cupcakes
and butterflies.
Sky was coloured with Memento Summer Sky
I then cut my project from
Added a sun in the corner and a cloud partly covering it,
followed by a few tiny flowers to match in the other corner.
Adhered to coloured card stock and on to a brown card base.
These are the products I used from STAMPlorations

I'm Thinking of You

Hi there!  It's time for our CUTplorations Challenge
as part of the monthly challenges at STAMPlorations

and here is how I was inspired.
I tried to gather as much as I could from the photo
starting with blue card stock and adding white texture with the
ARTplorations Fairy Tale Forest Stencil also adding it to
my kraft card base using Gloss Gel Medium.
After the white texture paste dried I smooched over it with
Tim's Oxide Faded Jeans.
I then cut out the side piece with
CUTplorations Pierced Curly Frames
for my owl (given to me by a friend)
I then cut out the leaves and flowers from
CUTplorations Trendy Spring Blooms Dies
in appropriate colours. I attached them and
added some Liquid Pearls to the centres.
Finished with my CUTplorations Thinking of You Die

Thanks so much for dropping in.
Hope to see your project in our Gallery this month.

Celebrate Big for CUTplorations

Hello and Welcome to today's post for our

Here is my take on the Mood Board below.

I decided to concentrate on the bold bright colours here
with some Alcohol Inks on Yuppo paper.
After I was happy with the result I cut it
in three parts and attached it to my white card base.
It's a pretty simple card finishing with
three layers of my
00preview-celebratebigCUT
with the third one heat embossed with
glitter embossing powder.

Pop over and see what my Team Mates created,
come play and add yours to our Gallery.
There is always awesome prizes to be won
AND
if you used my code STAMPGIRLINA
you get 20% off your purchase.

Eat 'CAKE' on your Birthday

It's that time of the month for the March
and it is a 'yummy one' and who doesn't love 'CAKE'
Hi and Welcome.to mine!

I decided to go bright here keeping with the
chocolate sponge then add some really hot pink icing!
heat embossing my cake in white
The chocolate is a variety of inks trying in vain to get
that deep dark chocolate colour but succeeded
with the icing using Nuvo Cherry Bomb Shimmer Powder
and applying it with a waterbrush.
I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze for the dollop of cream.
Cut a piece of white card stock with the popular
then added my sentiments from the above set
I popped my cake then adhered to a bright pink background
and on to the card base.
Finished with some bling on the squiggles!

Pop over and see what my Team Mates created

LOVE always

February is here and that means
LOVE is in the air! AND
Time for our New CUTploration Challenge
How appropriate and gorgeous is our Photo below!
You will find that  All the Details are Here
with beautiful creations from my Team Mates
and how you can join in the fun with prizes!

I loved the heart shape with those
beautiful coloured flowers so
added a few tiny cutouts.
What inspires you?

And talking of  flowers I knew the
STAMPlorations Bloom Doodles
(out of stock at present)
would be perfect for my card.
I wanted some texture for my background
so  stenciled  ARTplorations Retro Circles
with white texture paste.
After it was dry I cut it on an angle from
CUTplorations Crazy-Double-Running-Stitch-Nesting-Dies
I then coloured my doodled flowers/leaves with
Lindy's Tiffany Lou Blue Spray
Nuvo Solar Flare Shimmer Powder
and Ramblin' Rose Pink
and Leaf Green Magicals
These were fussy cut and attached to
my stenciled background.
The STAMPlorations Pocket Blooms Sentiment
was inked with Tim's Pickled Raspberry
onto my card base
with a few CUTplorations Clustered Hearts
surrounding it.
Here are the products I used from

A 'Little Reminder' for the January STAMPloration Challenges

It's the middle of the month and Reminder Time
for the current challenges at
STAMPlorations
Check them all out Here

This is what I made as my 'Reminder' for
the CUTplorations Challenge.
and a close up

for

I did go bold and bright with my card starting with
my background stenciling with
ARTplorations Circles using
Nuvo Shimmer Powders.
Decided to add some crackle glaze to the background
but can't see in the photo. I then inked up some of
Tim's Oxide Inks in bright colours after I
heated embossed the STAMPlorations One Cool Chick
and added a bit more of the Shimmer Powders.
Coloured my 'Chick' image then the
heat embossed sentiment from
cut on an angle with
and inking the edges in black.
Just wish I had done the same to my background.
Finished with the  CUTplorations Sweet Word Die
cutting twice in a white backing for the pink.

A Christmas Themed CUTploration Challenge

December is here and Christmas is just
a few weeks away. Just in case you are running late
with your Christmas cards the CUTplorations Gals
have added their makes Here to inspire you to
finish them off with this photo below.

Here is my take.

The first thing I noticed was the poinsettia's
and have made a card using that flower but
as I had a new Christmas stamp I had not inked
I went with that for this post.
You will see the other one a little later.
I knew when I decided to use Kraft card stock I wanted
texture on my Large Christmas Candles
Here's a close up so you can get a
good look at how it turned out
After heat embossing them with Lawn Fawn
White Embossing Powder I coloured them with
Tim's Distress Inks in Mowed Lawn/Crushed Olive
Carved Pumpkin and Festive Berries.
The texture I used on my candles was
DecoArt White Crackle Paste.
(Love the result I got)
The lit candle and berries were painted with
Fresh Orange Metallic Paint from
Finnabair Art Alchemy
The sentiments are from  Homespun Christmas.
Of course I had to add falling snow which was
splattered using white paint.
This was then cut with the
to finish my card.
