Guest Designer at Tic Tac Toe Challenge

I am thrilled to be back again this week as
Guest Designer for Tic Tac Toe Challenge
with another fabulous mood board.

Those that know me would have guessed which row
I would choose.
As my favourite colour is PURPLE  I went
Bottom row left to right
(Friend Sentiment - Favourite Colour - Floral)
I started with a cover plate background die
adhered to white card base then
die cut and popped the inner part of the
Memory Box Pinpoint Double Frame.
Flowers and leaf are Tim's Wildflowers
coloured with Lindy's Magical's.
Sentiment -  Life is beautiful with friends like you is Altenew.
Added a few drops of Perfect Pearls.
Finished with a cotton bow.
The Talented Design Team have been busy
creating inspiration for you from the Mood Board
and we would love to see your choice of
three elements in a row added to the Gallery.
Thanks for taking time out to visit.
I appreciate your kind comments.

Guest Designing at Tic Tac Toe Challenge

I am thrilled to have been invited to be a Guest Designer
for  Challenge #211 at
Tic Tac Toe Challenge with a 'Crafty Twist'
using three elements from their Mood Board.
Which way will you go with this one below?

Everybody loves butterflies don't they?
As you can see I went with top right, middle and bottom left.
(butterfly, die cut and embossing)
I have just got back from a family holiday so went CAS.
My background is using the shaving cream technique
inking the Carabelle Studio Libellules & Palillions
Butterfly stamp with Versafine Clair Nocturne
and Heat Embossed clear.
My die cut sentiment is from Kaisercraft.
Framed and attached to coloured card base.

I also had a girlfriend visiting for some time
having fun delving into all things creative.
The background for the top card was one of those days.
This card above is one we played with together
after purchasing the Woodware Mini Flower Silhouettes
I was happy to be able to use it here for the middle row of
(pink, die cut and stencil)
I had already made a card similar
but in different colours Here
All I needed to do with this one was
add a die cut sentiment, a small pearl,
and a yellow strip on the side before attaching to card base.
The pink flower was inked and heat embossed.
Added some splatters.
Stencilled background is from Clear Scraps Diamonds
and sentiment CUTplorations.
Head over Here
and see what three elements the Talented Designers
chose to inspire you with and add yours to the Gallery.
A big Thank You for inviting me to be your Guest.

I went with top left down
CAS - Stencil - Flowers
Stencil is from AALL&Create #37 Cracked Walls 1
Flowers - Tim's Artsy Flowers

Using the option of splatters with the stencil.
Stencil is inked with Tim's Distress Inks
Flower coloured with Brusho's and Lindy's Magical's.
Added a simple sentiment and adhered to white card base.

Sending Happy Thoughts

I'm playing again this week over at the
Tic Tac Toe Challenge choosing from the board below
to go from
top right -  flowers
centre - yellow
botton left - ink blending

Those that know me would know that I would pick
ink blending - it's in my DNA!
I went for a bright yellow with Nuvo
Solar Flare Shimmer Powder for my blended background
Flowers? I chose a favourite retired SU set
Botanical Blooms
Foliage die cut from various coloured paper.
I added Lindy's Milky Way White to the flowers
for a nice shimmer and
Yellow Rose of Texas for the centre of the main flower
then a clear gemstone.
Sentiment is from STAMPlorations Bloom Happy.
Tiny flowers have Daffodil Liquid Pearls in the centre.
Finished with adhering to coloured card base.

Also sending this over to

and another one for

Happy Little Stampers
Thanks for visiting and love reading your comments.

Joining in the Tic Tac Toe Challenge

I am joining in on the fun over at the
choosing the left row down -
CAS Birthday Die Cut/s

I seem to be in a peachy/pinky mood lately
and this is the go to colour here also
using die cuts gifted by my bff.
As the row I picked has CAS
it makes for using die cuts a breeze.
These were coloured after I inked
w/c paper with Tim's Abandoned Coral and
Lindy's Oom Pah Pah Pink powder with acetate.
I love adding a lightly coloured background
with a stencil - this one from AALL&Create.
Hoping I have left enough white space. for CAS
To add a little extra something I added some splatters,
a little cheesecloth and gold thread before
topping with my STAMPlorations Birthday Sentiment.
Attached to gold border and on to
white card base to complete.
Thanks for visiting.

It's Photo Week at Just Us Girls

 This weeks Challenge over at
Just Us Girls is Photo Week and
Hosting is Bobby
and here is the photo of a sweet outdoor scene
with birds singing around those pretty flowers.
I took my inspiration from the lovely blue birdhouse
then the pretty blue and yellow birds - hence
there is one sitting on the birdcage.
Added a background to highlight them
and the green flourish to add lots and lots of
pretty flowers using dies and punches.
Not to forget the pretty butterfly.
Of course I had to have a smooched
 blue background to start with.
Added my sentiment and some Liquid Pearls
to the centre of my flowers.
Adhered to navy card base and
my pretty card is complete.
I had so much fun making this card
thanks to Bobby's beautiful photo.
I am sure our gallery will be full of colour this week.
Head over and see what our Guest JoAnne
and the Team took from the photo.
Could be Spring in some parts but
Autumn is on it's way here.
A big Thank You to JoAnne for
sharing her talents with us this month.

Sending this over to the
I chose the middle across
Butterfly (it's tiny)
free and flowers (lots of them)

Thanks for visiting
