It's a BABY BLOG HOP

Crafting With Dragonflies Challenge Blog
Before we start you may need  COFFEE and CAKE
as this is a long posting

READY?

WE are having a BLOG HOP
as well as a Challenge this fortnight!

This year our theme is - BABIES!
We have some wonderful sponsors who have
generously donated lots of goodies
for you and our wonderful Hilde also
has a freebie to give to you
to use for the challenge if you want to -
Our Sponsors for this Blog Hop are listed below
but the twist is that they are associated
with each individual member of the Design Team's blogs,
so you need to go to their blog and
follow the instructions to be in a chance to win.
There is a prize for the Challenge winner as well
and our normal TOP THREE awards.
You do not have to go in the BLOG HOP
as well as the Challenge,
but what else have you to do with your time?
Of course you will enter both!!
However, you do have to be a member of this blog
to be eligible for the
Challenge and Blog Hop prizes.

Before I forget Hilde has another one of her wonderful digi's
and so suitable for this challenge so
pop on over to OUR BLOG and check it out.

Sammy, Susan and Wynn are being sponsored by Meljen's
but Susan and Wynn are generously donating a prize of their own.

The way you can hop is by thinking of numbers!
Go to each Design Team's blog,
read the clues and THINK OF NUMBERS while you do this! Remember -
our theme is BABIES, so what do Babies have related to NUMBERS?

There may be a small amount of poetry in there.......
.but I am sure you will be able to work that all out!
You collect a word or maybe a whole phrase from each blog
along the hop and you need to make sure that
1 - You leave a comment on that blog to be eligible for the Blog Prize
2 - You DON'T mention the word/phrase in your comment

Once you have completed your hop send an email to me (Susan)
here with the assembled clues
into the POEM  Ten Little (Whoops, nearly...)
about BABIES related to NUMBERS!
Please put Baby blog Hop in the subject line.
Leave a comment on this blog as well as entering
your own Baby themed project into the Challenge below

But before you finish hopping here is my card for this challenge.

Isn't it such a 'dreamy' image from Meljen's

I had the base card with the cute prams left over from
a class I did last year at a Craft Convention.
Just knew it would come in handy one day...
It is a lovely cream colour and decided to add blue for colour.
I cut up a flourish which was supplied by
Flourish with a Bling - Thank you
which I lightly coloured to match the blue
(and just happens to be from my winner's prize)
Cut 2 different coloured DP from Spellbinder's Lacey Circles
and the digi from Spellbinder's Circles.
Added Startdust Stickles to part of the image
Coloured the hat and pants in 2 different shades of yellow
and finished that off with glossy accents.
Added a little bit of blue paper to the inside
to show off the pram border on the front.
Punched out and glittered 3 stars and added
yellow pearls to the flourish.

I know most of you will be Mother's and know that feeling when our tummies
start to  grow and grow and GROW
and we start getting uncomfortable and can't wait
for that bundle of joy to come into the world.
Our lives are never the same again.

Here are my 2 bundles of joy that came from my grow - ing tummy.

Now that you have no doubt finished your coffee and cake -
or did you sneak away for another?
Maybe you did that from the start as I am at the rear end of the hop...
I hope that we have inspired you with all the baby talk cards and photos
to send you goo goo and off to create
some sort of baby project of your own.
Sure hope so.

If by chance you didn't start at the beginning of the hop please
do so in the order of the hop below.
