I thought I would try my hand at using Vellum again.
It is something I don't use too often
but love the effect you can get with it.

Here is what I came up with.

I used lots of different items here -
White card stock
IBS - Vintage Floral Paper
IBS Stamps - Birthday Wishes
Elegant Flowers
Birthday Tabs
IBS - Trim
White Embossing Powder
Iridescent Medium
Pink Vellum
Pink Brads
Kaisercraft Sparklet
Diamond Dust on Flower
Mini Rhinestones.
SU Edgelits

Here is a closer view of the Diamond Dust

That's it this time round. So Cherrio for now

I don't believe I've ever seen pink vellum and I must tell you... why have I never seen it before?? It's sensational and the fact that you imposed the image of a rose on it...incredible Ina. I absolutely love this technique and outcome :)
