It's our Lovely Lisa's Turn to Host this week -
lucky for me she chose one of my favourite colours (purple)
I did think of making a card with a Thistle as
that is my favourite flower even though it is a weed
but changed my mind when I decided to use the
pretty designer papers -
Purple Haze from American Crafts
So here is what else I used on my card for
Colour Week
White & Textured card stock
SU Hexagon Hive.
I decided not to pop this because I wanted to
pop the navy blue die cuts
from Spellbinders Hexagon die.
Spellbinders Labels 20
Marianne Designs CR1202 for the big flower
SU Petite Petals (small flowers)
MS Leaf Punch
Sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping - Birthday Wishes
Rhinestones, beads and brad.

Hope these colours inspire you
and after you have checked out the other
fabulous projects from JUGS
and this month's Guest Wanda -
join in this weeks Challenge.
In doing so you could be
our weekly winner and be in the running to join
us as our Guest Designer for December.
I look forward to seeing your take on our
COLOUR CHALLENGE.

Ina, this is gorgeous! I love that hexagon background with the patterned paper peeking through. Very pretty arrangement with the flowers and the sentiment on the label die.

Stunning card! Love those flowers!!
Ina, this card is all kinds of fantastic! Is that just textured paper you've used? It almost looks like felt! I love every detail.
Thank you for leaving such a kind and encouraging comment on my blog. I had that idea brewing in my mind for awhile and I finally got up the courage to attempt it.
