It wasn't meant to be...

The card below wasn't meant to be for this challenge
until I decided to colour the flowers on the
back of the vellum - and it fitted perfectly for the
Colour challenge over at
The House that Stamps Built

I saw a card similar to this on Pinterest
and thought how nice it looked.
My card base is white and I found a
 sheet of patterned scrapbook paper
for my backing.
I heat embossed my image from Docrafts
with white embossing powder and that is when
I thought a bit of colour (pink tom bow pen)
to those flowers would look nice.
My sentiment - is from
Repeat Impressions Beautiful Days
The stitching is from a sheet of rub ons
I have had for an eternity.
Did think of getting my sewing machine out
but this was easier lol
I adhered the vellum with a touch of glossy accents.

After making this card I believe Mo & Jo
returned from where they had been hiding.

Thanks so much for dropping in again -
2 post in the one morning.
Wanted to get them uploaded before the challenge closes
so I am off the get out of my pyjamas
and into town for my flu shot. Winter will be
with us here in Australia soon.

Now, I do think this card is my favorite of the bunch! So soft and sweet and beautiful!! White embossing on vellum is so elegant and then add in that bit of bright pink on the flowers . . . love it! Thanks for playing with The House That Stamps Built.
