It's Trend Week at Just Us Girls

Hosting this weeks Trend Challenge is Sue
choosing Multi Step Stamping.
With so many of this type of stamp on the market today
it is no surprise just how popular this trend is.

I have a few multi step stamps  but chose to use an old favourite
from Stampin' Up called Lotus Blossom.
They have made this stamp the easiest one to do this technique with
Maybe that is another reason why I chose it.
To go with a favourite stamp I went with a
favourite colour - yes it is purple again sigh!
I've had a sneek peek at what the other Jugheads
made and you are in for a surprise - can't say any more.

On to how I put my card together -
Basic coloured card stock throughout.
My flower was coloured with
Memento Lulu Lavender Sweet Plum
and New Sprout and
Eldenberry (sentiment)
This was cut from the stitched circle die from MFT
I backed this by stenciling lightly with the
Sentiment is from
and finishing with some purple gems.

Check out what our April Guest Laurie Unger
and the Team made for your Inspiration and
come join us. You could be our Chic of the Week
and go on the be our Guest in June.

Thanks for dropping in

Absolutely stunning! Your Lotus Blossom is so soft and gorgeous and I really like how you off centered the layered circle. Beautiful background, too!

The faded out stenciling really calls attention to your lovely purple lotus, Ina.

Well, there's that beautiful Lotus stamp, and in our favorite color. I really like your stenciled background.....in fact I like your card WAY better than mine...lol. It makes me chuckle that we both used that same image. :)

I remember some old SU two-step sets, but don't remember this one! It's very pretty and I love how you pulled your card together. Great colors too!
