I'm Always 'Playing with Paper' but this is their Challenge #56 and Cards4Galz

As I have said in a previous post it is nice to be back from holidays
and Playing with Paper again.
More so as the current challenge at
is their colour challenge and it is a beauti.

This is the card I made with the colour combination below.

and

And the products I used are -
Orange navy and white card stock
Memory Box Textured Distressed Grid stencil
(this is my new item that hubby bought for me  for Christmas)
in Tim Holtz Peacock Feathers
Tim Holtz Speckles Stencil
in Memento Paris Dusk
The butterflies are cut from a
scrap piece of SU Designer paper
and orange cs with
Spellbinder Butterfly die
and Sizzix Butterfly die.
The trail from the butterfly - I glued
some of the dots from the butterfly die
Also added a few for dimension on the
butterflies head (a little hard to see)
Added a small navy strip to the side.

Thanks for dropping in.
Your comments are always appreciated.

Oh you've just rocked this color palette! I love how your orange butterflies just pop against that white space, and that stenciled grid pattern adds so much interest. This is a really fun card. Just love it! Bev
