What's a celebration without Balloons!
This was an easy card thanks to the fabulous
balloon die which cuts beautifully -
CUTplorations Shaker Balloons 3 Oval
I got out my glitter paper and cut away.
Card stock is metallic grey topped with mottled paper.
Attached another sheet of grey card stock for my balloons
popping them with different sized dimension squares.
Added the bow from CUTplorations Gift Builder 2
Punched a few stars added a pearl and
 heat embossed the sentiment
STAMPlorations Party Time in Metallic Silver.
