We're CELEBRATING for Challenge #89 at Send a Smile for Kids

Our challenge over at
Send a Smile 4 Kids is 'Celebrate'

Here is my first card.

I had a bit of fun with my digi Trevor supplied
from Crackerbox Palace
and hand cut different sizes after printing them
out with DP from Stampin' Up.
I started with coloured card stock layering
them and popping the front which was embossed with
I inked the edges and  the bottom design.
Added a touch of iridescent medium for a bit of shine.
The sea 'scene' is stamped with Beyond the Basics
from Stampin Up to depict bubbles.
I also punched a number of circles to go
around the frame.

For my second card I used the following -
Pre coloured image from The Paper Shelter
Basic card stock in white and green
DP - American Crafts
Spellbinders Fleur de lis die
Spellbinders Fancy Tags
CB Divine Swirls, MS Punch
Flower Sequins
Glossy Accents, Wink of Stella

It's COLOUR WEEK over at JUGS

It's our Lovely Lisa's Turn to Host this week -
lucky for me she chose one of my favourite colours (purple)

I did think of making a card with a Thistle as
that is my favourite flower even though it is a weed
but changed my mind when I decided to use the
pretty designer papers -
Purple Haze from American Crafts

So here is what else I used on my card for
Colour Week
White & Textured card stock
SU Hexagon Hive.
I decided not to pop this because I wanted to
pop the navy blue die cuts
from Spellbinders Hexagon die.
Spellbinders Labels 20
Marianne Designs CR1202 for the big flower
SU Petite Petals (small flowers)
MS Leaf Punch
Sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping - Birthday Wishes
Rhinestones, beads and brad.

Hope these colours inspire you
and after you have checked out the other
fabulous projects from JUGS
and this month's Guest Wanda -
join in this weeks Challenge.
In doing so you could be
our weekly winner and be in the running to join
us as our Guest Designer for December.

I look forward to seeing your take on our
COLOUR CHALLENGE.
