For 'Someone Special'

It's Colour Week at Just Us Girls and Hosting is Sue
choosing
Welcome to today's post.
With such bold bright colours I decided to
go soft on my Trendy Spring Blooms from STAMPlorations
die cutting them in white and highlighting the centres.
I looked at my ribbon collection and found I had
matching ribbons in the  three colours.
Added them to the Henna embossed background
by Darice. Punched out a few smaller flowers
adding gems to the centres.
Finished off with my sentiment from
STAMPlorations Fluttery.

I'm 'Addicted' Again

Hello and Welcome to my post for today.
It's for the first Challenge of the Year over at
Addicted to Stamps and More
and I am so happy to tell you
I am back Designing with the Girls again and
even more special is my great friend Aussie Annie
has joined me so now we can have fun here together.

Our Challenge this time round is
Your entry MUST contain the use of anything
that can make a mark -
Stampin' Write, Copics, Promarkers, Painting, Chalks,
Watercolours, Sponges, Stencils, Masks etc etc

I made a similar watercolour card Here a few weeks ago
and while I had my Lindy's Powders out I created this card also.
I only used Magnolia Magenta Gold for my 'mark'
smooching and using the cut piece from a
peek a boo die and embossing with
We R Memory Keepers Geometric Embossing Folder
and popped.
 White background was also embossed
I cut out my dies in white and
added a few centre bits from the colourful leftovers
including the Crafts4U sentiment.
A tiny Waffle flower bow and a few pearls
completed my card and attached to white base.

Hop on over and see what the rest of the Team created.
Hope you get a chance to join us this week.

Sending this card over  to the
CAS Watercolour Challenge

at CAS Watercolour Blog
and using the same sentiment die
for my second card at The Sisterhood of Crafters
for their  Thinking of You Challenge

Thanks for dropping in.
