A Perfect Sentiment Challenge card

One of the latest cards I have been working on is for the
Perfect Sentiments Challenge

http://perfectsentimentschallenge.blogspot.com.au/2013/01/psc62-encourage-me-wribbon.html

We all have dreams and this is the 'Encourage Me'
part of the challenge and what is life without them.

I made a really clean and simple card this time -

Not a lot involved here. Started with the basic card stock in turquoise and topped with white embossing added a doily which has the edges inked. The second piece of turquoise card is also embossed then topped with a feature stamp from
Springtime Silhouettes by Gina K
I paper pierced the top 2 sides and added snow pearls to the centres of the flower.
We had to add ribbon so I threaded mine through a piece of fine lace and added a little bow made of crochet cotton to finish.

Since we are allowed 3 cards I hope I can get time to do more.

Ina, it's simplicity and detail all rolled into one. I love that the design is very classy and crisp and that even the white elements hold such interest. The doily being inked is a splendid idea and really shows it off well. A very fun border of lace and ribbon at the bottom too. You've certainly nailed the challenge of encouraging here!
Here's to another great week my friend.
hugs,
Lisa xx

You have so many little details even though it first appears simple. I love the way you added ink to your doily and the paper piercing on the corners and weaving the lace with ribbon. I'm so glad you shared your art with us at The Perfect Sentiments Challenge. It's quite lovely!
