What's My Mark?

Welcome to today's post which is for the
New Challenge over at
Addicted to Stamps and More which is
Make Your Mark.

I was playing around in my craft room and wondered how
just ordinary re-inkers would look on glossy paper.
So I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised with the result.
I used SU Marina Mist/Tim's Peacock Feathers
and Dusty Concord Distress Spray Stain.
I then got out my ARTplorations A-Bloom-and-Three-Buds
and added texture paste dabbing with my fingers to get lift.
Once that was dry I Versamarked it then
covered it in PearlEx powder.
I guess you could say I really have Made my Mark!
Now I was really excited as to how gorgeous it looked.
I rubbed a bit off to get a little more colour back on the
left side. This was cut with a stitched die.
Added some coloured cs for  highlighting
then attached to Pearlized card base.
Sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping cut from
a JustRight Tag.

Here's how to
Make your Mark - your entry MUST contain the use of
anything that can make a mark - Stampin' Write,
Copics, Promarkers, Painting, Chalks, Watercolours,
Sponges, Stencils, Masks etc etc

There's so much more to see from my Team Mates
so pop over and check them out Here
and come join us. Hope to see you in our Gallery.
Thanks for dropping in

I just love your mixed media card Ina! What a clever idea to add Versamark onto dry embossing paste to add the powder, it gives a gorgeous pearly result. Simply beautiful! Have a great mother and daughter holiday and crafty time in Townsville! Hugs Gwendolyn
