Hello and Welcome to my Saturday post for
Hosting this week's Challenge is Angie choosing
I went off in my own little world to make my card
and pleased with the result I was - only to find
I read the Trend wrong!
I had made a card 'Off the Page'
Back to my play station I went and came up with -
I got out a very old SU set called Inspired by Nature
which is still on a wood block. Aren't we spoilt with
our positional tool that we can stamp over
if the first one isn't quite right!
Couldn't do that here so took pot luck
that the inks and spritzing would be enough.
It didn't turn out too bad I thought.
I used SU inks in Rich Razzleberry
Close to Cocoa and Calypso Coral,
Memento Olive Grove and Tim's Gathered Twigs.
I fussy cut the floral image so it is 'Off the Edge'
I corner rounded the inside and attached it to
Rich Razz card stock.
My sentiment is from Kaisercraft.
Added some shimmer with Twinkling H2O's
and Nuvo Glitter Gloss.
Finished with some cotton on the side.
Pop over and see what's
'Off the Edge' with Guest Christine
and the Designers Here
Thanks for dropping in

I'm glad you kept this old stamp set. It turned out beautiful. Wish I had that stamp, i'd try it. Love the look.
This is stunning! I how you stamped those gorgeous blooms in the multiple colors and your fussy cutting around them along the edge. I have also misconstrued a challenge and had to start over at least once :)
This is such a stunning stamp set!! I just LOVE what you've done with the flowers and the blended colors! Great take on the challenge too my friend! :) I still have this stamp set as well and it's on wooden blocks...I have MANY of them still that way, it's like the old books....I just can't part with them! LOL!! Thanks for the inspiration! HUGS
I'm so glad you had to remake...it's beautifully designed and colored. You've got some great old SU items!
Love, love, LOVE what you have done with this challenge. Your image is perfectly colored and your design is simply FABULOUS!!! REALLY beautiful card!!!
A very pretty card, Ina! I'd love to see it IRL as I'm sure those lovely flowers are stunning!
Girl this is awesome! I love the colors and how they blend on those flower petals and the foliage. I think it is a beautiful card design. And, yes, I seldom pull out my wood mounts because of the fact I am afraid they won't give good coverage. Goes to show I love my Misti.
What an awesome card design Ina!
WElcome to the garden of wonderful flowers and greenery on this amazing card! I just love how you pulled this off, what a wonderful design!

This is fantastic, Ina. I'm a daisy/coneflower nut and these look so natural. I love that you continued the grasses onto the inside panel too.
Looks of the edge to me :) -- I have always loved this set from SU -- fabulous card
