It's time for our New Challenge at
Cut It Up with the Theme -
Add a Sentiment.
The background sure is a fun technique.
A little messy but the result is always spectacular.
Find a deep edged stencil and add bright powders to the
debossed side Spray lightly with water and carefully close
making sure your card front is faced down
to get the detail, close gently and run through your machine.
Showing the detail.
I used Lindy's Magicals -
Cowabunga Copper, Bratwurst Brown and
Nuvo Golden Sparkler.
The big Happy Birthday die was cut with
gold paper and a tiny shadow behind in white.
Adhered to white card base.
Pop over and see what my Design Team Mates created
and hope to see your SENTIMENT card in our Gallery.
Sending this card to
Mine is Happy Birthday.

Your choice of folders and colors give your card an explosive, celebratory feel. I love how Magicals, like Brushos, break down and can give you pops of unexpected colors. Thank you for reminding me of this technique.
What a cool technique, Ina - I have to try this! Love your cold color choices! Thanks so much for playing at Sunday Stamps!
