What's 'Trending' at Just Us Girls

Hello and Welcome to Trend Week at
Just Us Girls. Hosting this Challenge is Maria
and wants to see Dimension.
I think I covered that here -

I started my background with Tim's THS102 layering stencil
with Rusty Patina Paste then added some strips of
scrap Designer Paper. Cut out a MFT stitched frame
and added leaves from Carta Bella Spring Greenery.
Topped it with a pretty Kaisercraft flower.
Added some tiny punched flowers with Nuvo stone drops
in the centre. Finished with my Crafts4U sentiment.

Pop over and see how our Guests Mary and
joining us for the rest of the month also is Hannelie Bester
with the Team showing how dimensional they were.
Join us and you could be our Chic of the Week
and be our Guest in March.

Sending this card over to The Sisterhood of Crafters
for their  Current Challenge - Thinking of You

Thanks for popping in

Happy New Year, Ina. I have been thinking about you with all the fires. We have had our share of fires in California, but yours sound devastating. I hope you and yours are safe. I really love what you did with this card. Great colors and I love how you framed the flower. Putting the sentiment above pulls your eye to the focal image too. Great design.

This is a lovely card, Ina - the colours are right up my street, and I love that stencilled texture against the kraft, as well as the composition with that geometric frame contrasting with the organic flower and leaves.

Nothing adds dimension like a 'real' flower, Ina. This is lovely.
