Bobby is Hosting this week at Just Us Girls
and it is our Wild Card Challenge.
It's that time of year that you see
the most beautiful leaves change colours -
just not where I live though. Spring has sprung
and we are getting 'new life'.
I decided I would use some orange retired SU Designer Paper
to go with the leaves in the photo covering fully
to my white card base.
The white backing for my die cut leaves
was split on an angle letting them peak out
in all directions. I love orange and black together
and think my arrangement blends in nicely.
Finished with some black pearls and sentiment.
Which road will you take when you
add your card to our Gallery?
Autumn tones or something completely different like mine.
Don't forget to check out what our Guest Nora
and the Team created for your pleasure.
On a sad note we bid farewell to Angie
as this is her last post as part of the Team -
but we know we will still see her
amazing talent on Blogland.
Thank You so much Angie for all the inspiration
and encouragement you have given us.
We were blessed to have you on our Team.
Also a big Thank You to Nora for being a
fabulous Guest with us this month.
We loved having you and sharing your
talent with us.
Gorgeous use of dies and a beautiful card. I like the colors too!
I just love this. I'm using die cuts more and more on my cards, and you have used them perfectly here. That ampersand die cut is so stinkin' cool too. Your colors are fabulous, a wonderful card.
A gorgeous Fall make, Ina! It works perfectly for Halloween too! Do you celebrate Halloween there?
Ina...gorgeous card! Love your layering!
I adore all the layering of those gorgeous die cuts. STUNNING card design!!!
Pretty use of die cuts! Turned out awesome
I love your interpretation of the leaves challenge Ina. A vibrant and striking card x.
I feel as if you were reaching for your inner Cecile with this sweet layout! One of my favs of the week for sure! Awesome job!
I just love this, such a great design with those different die cuts. They look fabulous on the orange background with that little little bit of extra contrast from the black, excellent xx
Such a beautiful CAS design Ina!
Beautiful arrangement of those die cuts for a gorgeous CAS creation!
I was about to say the same thing as Nancy. Your card really does look like you were channeling Cecile with the rather CAS design using colorful die cuts.
Gorgeous arrangement of your leaves, Ina...and that ampersand tucked in is absolutely lovely! Smitten with what you've designed here!
It must be difficult to be on opposite seasons from us in the Northern Hemisphere when card making! You really created a beautiful card. I love the addition of the black with the orange and white...it really pops! Beautiful card!
