Hello! Birthday Girl

It's WORD WEEK at Just Us Girls
and Sharyn is Hosting choosing
BUTTERFLY for this weeks challenge.

Now don't we all LOVE them and have
countless stamps/dies to boot.
My beautiful butterfly stamp was given to me by a friend
who used to work at an op shop and would save items
she thought I would use so I do not know the maker (shame)
I heat embossed it in white and then went about getting messy
making my background using -
Tim Holtz Peacock Feathers
SU Rich Razzleberry &
Memento Potter's Clay.
I cut out a few Hello dies from Lawn Fawn
adhering it slightly off the paper for effect.
The Birthday Girl sentiment is heat embossed
and from Inspired by Stamping.
I spritzed the image with Iridescent Medium
but is only showing up lightly.
Finished with some scattered bling.
I really enjoy the emboss resist technique
and made that beautiful butterfly stamp pop.

Have you popped over to see what our
May Guest Designer - Aileen has made -
not to forget my amazingly talented
team Mates beautiful work?

I am sure you will want to participate in this challenge
so will be looking out to see I am sure a wide variety
of beautiful butterfly creation.
You could be the Chic of the Week and
be in the running as our next Guest.
Go for it and Craft On.

That is one awesome stamp, you lucky girl. I am so partial to white embossing and then sponging to show the resist. Your colors are fantastic, and love the kraft base. That is kraft, right? I'm in LOVE with this card, everything about it is fabulous!!!

Another great collage. Everytime I try one it looks like a hot mess. Great eye for detail and color.
